Video Producer

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to exercise their digital storytelling muscles while working independently. Apply to this role if you are a dedicated, creative, and enthusiastic person who is passionate about multimedia content creation. The successful candidate will edit and produce video clips to be used in an upcoming live stream event and an arts exhibition, as well as in social media campaigns across multiple platforms to increase awareness of our organization.

 

This is a remote working opportunity with flexible hours.

Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Creating and developing multimedia (Audio/visual) content for social media ads, promotions for upcoming arts projects, project clips, and event wrap-ups

  • Scripting, storyboarding, sourcing stock footage, and leading the development of video projects

  • Working independently, as well as part of a team, to develop and produce multimedia project deliverables

  • Filming events, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, and archiving project media

  • Managing video library and digital assets

  • Other related duties as needed

Work with Us!

Candidates must demonstrate:

  • Excellent technical skills and previous video production experience

  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics software (Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Animate)

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)

  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to juggle priorities as needed

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised
