Digital Projects Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Digital Projects Coordinator who can work independently and help us realize outstanding and successful digital events. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and understand the importance of completing tasks and managing deliverables.

 

Responsibilities will include:

 

  • Setting-up and producing webinars, as well as other digital events

  • Developing, coordinating, and monitoring digital projects

  • Making website updates, and recommending enhancements

  • Troubleshooting technical problems and resolving issues

  • Providing insights and observations on digital campaigns and project performance

  • Creating and updating project documents

  • Scheduling meetings, developing project plans, and creating schedules for each project

 

Candidates must demonstrate:

 

  • Experience producing webinars (required)

  • Problem solving capabilities

  • Strong writing skills

  • Experience developing social media content (an asset)

  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) programs (required)

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and other design software (an asset)  

  • Experience managing Content Management Systems

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Graphic design experience required

  • Ability to make and keep deadlines

  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to juggle priorities as needed

  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised
